The power of TD Ready Commitment microcredentials is in the stackability of individual badges. The 21st Century Career Ready Pathways consisits of key transferable skills that are in demand in today’s workforce.
Each skill is represented by a Level 2 microcredential, and consists of four or more Level 1 microcredentials that make up the required sub-skills. Once you achieve all eight Level 2 microcredentials, you are officially 21st Century Career Ready!
